I've decided to explore how Morrison portrays fear in men and fear in women throughout her novels Jazz and Paradise. Both novels explore fear in different ways, but there are a few ways in which they are similiar. I plan on getting research from critics from the Albany Library website, and from other online sights. I will research Morrison's thoughts about fear, what she meant in her portrayal of fear in her characters, and I will research critics' reviews.
